I've never seen anything like it before!! Kate has two little teeth on the bottom and two vampire teeth on top! Emma's teeth did not come in like this so I sure didn't expect it with Kate. Maybe it was because I read the Twilight book series! Kate's grin is the talk of her class. Seriously, when strangers notice it they initially gasp and then start laughing. Which in turn makes Kate laugh, showing off her chompers even more!
